  • Please make your reservations early; bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.

  • Rates quoted are in Euros per room per night including breakfast and taxes, excluding city tax (€ 1,65 per person per night, to be paid directly to the hotel)
  • Rooms will be reserved only after receiving one night deposit by credit card or bank transfer, and will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Payments should be completed before or on 15 May 2015.
  • For reservation requests on or after 16 May 2015, full payment by credit card or bank transfer will be required for confirmation.
  • After 12 June 2015, Dekon cannot guarantee availability of rooms at the above-mentioned rates.
  • Hotel check-in time is 15:00 hrs, check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Check-in earlier than 15:00 will require a reservation for the night before.

 

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:

Cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the E.C.A. 2015 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@eca2015.org . Please do not contact the hotels directly.

  • Cancellations received before or on 24 April 2015 - eligible for full refund
  • Cancellations received on or after 25 April  but before or on 15 May 2015 -one night deposit will be deducted from the refund.
  • Cancellations received on or after 16 May 2015 -  no refund

Please note that refunds will be made within 30 days after the end of E.C.A. 2015 conference, after deduction of bank charges.

In the event of no show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and there will be no refund.
Late arrival /Early Departure Fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total cost of accommodation will be charged with no refund.

Airport Transfer Information

One way private transfer fee : € 50  / per car (max 2 persons)
  • Airport transfer is only available for Strasbourg International Airport.
  • Rates quoted are in Euros for one way, including taxes.
  • Drop off and pick-up will be to and from the hotels.
